In Loving Memory

DeNoon, Ronald Vernon

Ronald Vernon DeNoon was born in St. Louis on June 19, 1940 to Hugh and Cledeth DeNoon.  He attended Roosevelt High school and was in the class of 1960,  After he joined the Navy he was trained in Pensacola, FL.  Later was transferred as his training excelled to the Navy base at Kisarazu Japan where he met and married Eiko Sakuma. Their first child Damon was a toddler and tragically burned and passed away in Florida. He and his wife had 3 more children in the Unites States.  Daniel Yoshihito DeNoon, Christina Megumi DeNoon and Margret Naomi DeNoon.  When Margaret was a young  baby Ron retired from his Navy service in Pensacola Fl and they moved back to Japan. Ron and his Japanese family then started an automotive business and the company grew over the years and needed to be expanded later.  Ron retired and turned the company KJS ( International Automotive Company) over to his son Daniel who had trained in Electronic Engineering and mechanical work and the company is still growing and a success by working on many types of cars that cannot be serviced in Japanese shops.

In 2006 Ron came back to the United States to help his sister with her three grandchildren she adopted as their mother had passed away. Ron was a strong influence in their lives and he stayed in Indiana for several years before purchasing a farm from family and had a place between his Indiana family and his MO Cousins. When visiting his Missouri he became friends with several old classmates and met Andrea Doetzel.  They became close friends and started a life together and lived on Ron’s farm.

He had a fall and was hospitalized for several weeks and finally passed away due to complications.  Sadly he will be missed by many friends in the U.S. as well as his Japanese friends and family.
