Service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, embalming, other preparations of the body, use of facilities for viewing (1 day) or at other facilities, and funeral ceremony on or off-site, hearse/coach, limousine, committal, or other disposition services, acknowledgment cards, online obituary, 100 prayer cards and register book IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE CASKET purchased through Kutis Funeral Home.
This package includes the Traditional Funeral Offering (listed above), a Johnson silver 20 gauge Steel State Casket, a Wilbert Grave Liner, a Grave and weekday opening in sections 5, 7, 19, and 21 at Park Lawn Cemetery and a Single Flat Granite Marker (with installation and basic inscription).

Substitutions with price adjustments are permitted. The headstone is a flat granite marker. The price includes lettering (name and years), foundation, and installation. Park Lawn can handle adjustments to the grave selection or marker. Families have placed their trust in the Kutis family since 1910. Owned and operated by the Tom Kutis Family. Automotive Equipment
The radius for all automotive equipment is 25 miles, the charge for additional miles is $3.00 per mile
Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to, staff responding to initial requests for services, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, preparation, and filling of necessary certificates and permits, placement of obituary notes, planning funeral arrangements, and coordination of service with cemetery, crematory, vault companies, and others as required.
Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility, such as insurance, maintenance, and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative cost, and equipment and inventory expenses.
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains)
Burial Options
This charge includes the removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, minimum shipping container, and local transportation to the airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding the body.
This charge includes temporary shelter of remains, basic services of staff, and transportation of remains to the cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies.
The charge for immediate burial includes removal of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, the necessary authorizations, and basic services of staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, before burial.
Our charge for an anatomical donation includes removal of remains, scheduling appointment at medical school, transportation to the requested local Medical School/Facility, basic service of the staff, and filing necessary certificates and permits.
The goods and services shown below can be provided to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
