Burial Services
Whether planning ahead with your own wishes, or making the difficult decisions necessary because of a loss, we welcome the opportunity to answer your questions and provide information that will help you make a decision that is just right for you and your family.
The charge for immediate burial includes removal of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, the necessary authorizations, and basic services of staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, before burial.
Our charge for an anatomical donation includes removal of remains, transportation to the requested local Medical School/Facility, basic service of the staff, and authorizations.
This charge includes the removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, minimum shipping container, and local transportation to the airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding the body.
This charge includes temporary shelter of remains, basic services of staff, and transportation of remains to the cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies.
Cremation Choices
Service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, embalming, other preparations of the body, use of facilities for viewing (1 day), and funeral ceremony or service on or off site, acknowledgement cards, online obituary, 100 prayer cards and register book, Batesville Linford rental casket, Crematory Fee (Kulis Crematory or Crematory of our discretion) and one of our selected Memorial Urns (Valued at $60.00)
Option A above with visitation and service on same day.
Option A above without funeral ceremony
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). This charge includes removal of remains, local transportation to the crematory, necessary authorizations, and basic services of staff, Crematory Fee (Kutis Crematory or Crematory of our discretion). This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any viewing, visitation, or ceremony, public or private, prior to the cremation.
Includes: Direct Cremation Alternative Container, Kutis Crematory (or crematory of our discretion), acknowledgment cards, and Register Book. This charge does not include a public or private viewing of the remains before cremation.
If Committal Service is requested there would be an additional charge - $300.00
Reservation of Crematory Retort (Monday -Friday) - $375.00
