Bonte, Charles A.

98 years old, married to Jeannette F. Fogelbach for 61 years at her passing in 2006.He is survived by two children, Mari Ann Gawrys (Jerry) and Charlie Bonte (Kathy).  Four grandchildren Timothy Bonte (Lorilie), Kyle Wait (Ryan), Stacie Weffelmeyer (Jeff), and  Aimee Hancock (Brian).  And five great grandchildren Josie Bonte, Elodie Wait, Parker Hancock, Payton Weffelmeyer, and Stetson Wait.

Charles served in the army during World War 2 and was stationed at Larson General Hospital in charge of the orthopedic appliances.Charles worked at Storz Instrument Company as a surgical instrument maker and later as vice president of manufacturing. Donations can be made to the U.S. Veterans Association  or Delta Gamma Center of St. Louis.

Funeral at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Thursday July 25 at 10:00 am. Interment at J.B. National Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday July 24 from 5-8 pm.
