Very sorry for sorrow you feel in your heart. Praying to ease your pain.
Dear Suzanne and family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your father. I have not seen him for many years now, but remember him well, and what a nice person he was; always welcoming, friendly and interested in so many things! His artwork stands out in my memory of him, as does his love of history…two attributes that he definitely handed down to you, Suzanne.
He was a doting father and devoted spouse; that was evident whenever I was a guest in your parents’ home. In fact, together, your Mom and Dad made me feel very welcome, always! They made a great team, and their love for each other was a wonderful example.
Your father served his country during the Korean War…as a newlywed, no less! And while he was a dedicated Veteran, spouse, father and family man, I remember that he also had a great sense of humor, too!
May God rest his soul, and may you and your family find peace in the coming days, weeks and years.
Love,
Sandy and Mike
