Burmeister, Edna Florene “Flo” 94, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 9, 2026 following a brief illness. A beloved mother and grandmother who loved her family. She was a lifelong volunteer lending a helping hand to anyone in need. A devoted faithful servant volunteering at local hospitals, her beloved Camp Arcadia in Michigan and at Meramec Bluffs. She lived independently at Meramec Bluffs for 23 years where she was involved in many committees including developing the Reflection Garden and was an avid Bridge player where her many friends sustained and supported her. Flo is survived by her four children, Bill Burmeister, Bob (Julie) Burmeister, Brenda (Tim) Tiemann, Brian (Peggy) Burmeister, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Well done, good and faithful servant. A Celebration of Life will be held at Meramec Bluffs, April 26, 2026 at 1:00pm with a service beginning at 2:00pm.
