Grose, James Michael “Jamie”  Tuesday November 21, 2023. Beloved husband of Sonja S. Grose (nee Marlow). Dear father of Devin Grose and Alissa Grose. Dear grandfather of Iyla. Dear son of Jim and Jo Ann Covert, Dear brother of Toni (Paul) Craig, Rita Harwood, Christina Grose and Jason (Amy) Covert. Master of Karma Sue and Sadie May. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, nephew, cousin and friend of many.

Jamie was an auto mechanic and a jacck of all trades. He enjoyed spending time with family, working on cars, eating, being a jokester and rebuilding his old Dodge Ram. He was a lifetime member of the “Large”. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family to defray funeral costs appreciated.

Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Tuesday November 28, 11:00 am until service at 1:00 pm. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.

  2. I don’t know how I’m going to go on without you. You were my everything. My best friend. I know a lot of couples say they’re a team, but we were, literally. I’m going to miss everything about you. Rest in Paradise my handsome, strong hubby. I’ll love you forever & a day!!!! God Bless Babe.

  4. James was such a kind person. Not many people would be willing to help a young man find a career path by mentoring and encouraging him to better himself. I’m so grateful for the friendship he had with my son. May God give his family and friends the strength to get through today and carry on in his honor.🙏

  5. So sorry to hear the news of your husband . I got to know Jamie right here in the subdivision from daily walks, we would chat a few minutes when we passed the house . Very kind and hardworking family man .
