Luna, Joseph “Dan”

92, passed away Tuesday September 26, 2017.

He is preceded in death by his wife Mary, his brother’s Gustavo and Catarino, his sister Marcella and his great  granddaughter.  He his survived by his brother David; his 3  children Anthony, Daniel and  Silvia; his 7 grandchildren, Dañiel, Cliff, Mary, Tony, Daniel, J.R. and Theresa; 19 great grandchildren.

Mr. Luna joined the U.S. army in 1943 and served in WWII Pacific Front, where he received 2 Bronze Stars for his service.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255  Lemay Ferry Rd., on Tuesday, October 3, 9 am for 9:30 am Mass at St. Mark Catholic Church.  Interment J.B. National Cemetery.  Visitation Monday, 4-8 pm.
