Beloved son of the late Emmett J. and Mary Catherine (Kelley) McCotter.  Father of Brian C. McCotter of Pretoria, South Africa.  Loving brother of Fr. Daniel E. McCotter, CSP and Kevin (Tina) McCotter and loving uncle to Nicholas and Angela McCotter.   Devoted long-time companion of Lisa Lanasa.  Loving friend and cousin to many. Special thanks to Green Park, Sunset Hills Nursing and Hospice for the care of Michael.

Services: A Memorial Mass will be held at St. James the Greater Church (Tamm and Wade in Dogtown) on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.   Memorial Donations can be made  either to St. James School, Green Park, Sunset Hills Nursing Homes, or Kindred Hospice Care.  Kutis Affton Service
