Wendell L. Penrod, 90 years old. Beloved husband of Eileen Penrod for almost 71 years. Dear father of Linda (Jeff) Maenner, Nancy Bridick, Kelly (Steve) Slatten, four grandchildren, Kevin (Cindy) Bridick, Brian (Amy) Maenner, Jamie Maenner and Tyler Slatten, ten great grandchildren, dear brother of Don Penrod. Preceded in death by Kenneth Penrod and Wendell Penrod, Jr.
Employee from Anheuser-Busch for 25 plus years, retired in 1995. Mom & dad were considered “Snow Birds” spending multiple winters in South Padre Island Texas. Their summers were spent with close family and friends enjoying the backyard pool and barbeques!

Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Sunday, March 22, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Service at Kutis Monday, March 23 at 11 a.m. Interment Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Arnold, MO. Following the commital service the family would like to invite guests to a luncheon celebrating Wendell’s life at the Arnold VFW Post 2593, 2301 Church Rd, Arnold, MO 63010 (directly across the street from the cemetery).
