   Beloved wife of the late John L. Potocnjak; dear mother of Janice (Christopher) Jahn, Donna (Steven) Vogt and Thomas  (Annie) Potocnjak; loving grandmother of Jeffrey and Scott Jahn, Gail and Patrick Vogt, John Potocnjak, Alexandria Pogue and Nicholas Long; dear great-grandmother of Scarlett, Wesley, Maddie and Carlie; dear sister of Harold “Phil” (Rosemary) Follmer; our dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend.

   Services:  Visitation at St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church, 11011 Mueller Rd, 63123, Wednesday, March 29, 10:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11:30 am.  Interment J.B. National Cemetery.  Contributions to the American Cancer Society, appreciated.  A SERVICE OF KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL
