Penny is one of the most kind and loving people I have ever gotten the privilege to meet. I always looked forward to see her and she radiated joy everytime I saw her. Her laugh and smile is infectious and I’ll spend the rest of my life missing her. It is such an honor and blessing to be able to know and love such a wonderful person.
Praying for her entire family and all her loved ones during this time
Rest in peace sweet Penny

I had the privilege of working alongside Penny for a few years, and she never failed to bring joy & laughter to those around her. Her kindness, sense of humor, and warm presence left a huge impact on everyone she met. She was one of a kind, and I will always cherish the memories we shared. I am sending my deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. I have 100% certainty that her beautiful spirit will continue to shine through the lives she touched.
I miss my sweet friend . We became best friends in sixth grade. We were both very shy and bonded immediately. I loved spending the night at her home with her Mom , Sylvia . She was a sweet and loving person . Me , Darla, and Rhonda have great memories together. Loved the Pop ( beer ) machine with the spout . Blue Volkswagen Beetle, I was always in the middle , missing floorboards, the radio didn’t work unless you turned on the ( Pennyism) the window shield wipers ! Sometimes we needed towel papers to clean things 🙂 love her
