Beloved husband of Donna Riordan (nee Hamic) and the late Jacquelyn Riordan (nee Hanneke); loving father of  Connie (Ralph) Clark, Mark (Janice) Lux, Beth (David) Rose, Rick (Nancy) Lux, Mark (Nancy) Riordan, Steve (Geri) Lux, Diane (Jim) Karl, Diane (Denver) Lionberger, Susan (Tom) Shaughnessy,  Brian (Julie) Lux and Jim Riordan; our dearest grandfather of 33, great-grandfather of 10, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

   Rex proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church.  He retired as Vice President from Stifel Nicolaus  Investment Firm.

Services: Memorial Visitation at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church (11910 Eddie & Park Rd., 63126) on Saturday, September 30, from 11 a.m. until Memorial Mass time at 1 p.m.  Private burial service at Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers,  contributions to St. Justin Martyr to support The  Weekenders Program. A service of KUTIS ` AFFTON CHAPEL.
