  2. Worked with Jack a long time ago but I always ran in to him at his other jobs. He always remembered me and I remembered him. He always had a postive attitude and could make you laugh for sure. He will be missed by many.

  3. Ive known Jack for about 3 years now and I met him on my second cruise. He was the most caring/humorous person i’ve ever met. Jack cared about everyone around him and had the hugest heart. Im so grateful to have known him and worked with him, he truly made work so much more enjoyable. Just seeing his big smile everyday made my whole day everytime. Im going to miss his hugs and just seeing his eyes light up every time he would talk about going on a Cruise. Prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.

  4. I first met John at a church party when I was around 13 years old. We became friends and he was like a big brother to me. He would hang at our house watching movies late night with my brother & me. Or he’d spend the day playing board games with us.

So many memories we have of John and his family. John was at my high school graduation cheering me on. He was very proud of me.

John had to approve of my husband when we were dating. In which he told me that my husband was the only one he liked of all the guys I dated.

Me & my husband ended up moving to Jeff County when we got married. We’d see John at Walmart and talk with him. He seemed like he loved working at Walmart so much.

John was definitely “one of a kind”. He had a huge heart for his family & friends. Along with a great sense of humor.

One of John’s fave songs as a teen was “You Gotta Fight For Your Right” by The Beastie Boys. I bought him a 45 record of that for Christmas one year. He was so excited. That song will bring always memories of a very cool brother from another mother.

RIP my brother. You will truly be missed. Thanks for the memories.

    • I forgot to add that when I became an Indie film actress in 2015 John said he was very proud of me for “following my dreams”. When I would see him at Walmart he would tell his coworkers that I’m an actress. He said he loved seeing all of my adventures on Facebook. And that my mom would be very proud of me too.

  5. I worked with jack at the old Arnold Walmart. Became good friends and got into a lot of trouble at work lol. We were called the wrecking crew. After I left Walmart and became a law enforcement officer we still stayed in touch.

Love you brother. You will be missed
