Mary Scholbe passed away peacefully in her home on June 8th, 2025, at the age of 91, surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 31, 1934 in Kalkaska, Michigan. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Scholbe.The two shared a beautiful love story. They were the heart and soul of a large, very close family. They raised 6 children and proudly watched their legacy grow to include 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Mary loved to read, dance, shop in magazines, collect teddy bears, watch westerns on tv, and to visit with family. She always had to have her cups of coffee, snack cakes, and strawberry ice cream. If you wanted to see her smile, a picture of any kind of baby animal or waterfall would do the trick. She never missed an opportunity to tell family and friends she loved them a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck. I love you, I do, I do, I do.
Services: Visitation Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry Road) 9:00 AM until the service at 12:00 PM. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery.
