James E. Zivic passed peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family. Beloved husband of Sandra Zivic; devoted father of Tony (Kristen) Zivic and Julia (Tim) Conway; cherished by his grandchildren — Jacob and Samuel Zivic and Olivia and Grace Conway — who knew him fondly as Grampa Jimmy; loving brother of John (Joyce) Zivic; and a dear uncle, cousin, and friend.
Jim lived a life marked by quiet strength, generosity, and a deep commitment to his family. He never hesitated to lend a hand, share a story, or offer encouragement. His presence brought steadiness and warmth to all who knew him.
Condolences! He and his cousin Tom were classmates of mine at St. Mary’s. He was always good company.
My prayers for him and the family.
Jim has left many fond memories. I remeber my early days at Carter he was always available with helpful comments. He will be missed.
RIP Jim. You will be deeply missed. I’ll never forget the great times from our high school days. My condolences to the Zivic family. Raymond Webbe.
Jim was the best of us at Carter. A greeting “how ya doing” resulted in smiles, and a warm gesture, and probably a joke or two. He always steered me when seeking advice on material issues. A true book of knowledge and obviously a great man for his family. The best. Rest in Peace my friend.
