Clemmons, Frances Ellen “Frankie”

Frances Ellen Clemmons, April 23, 1945 to July 30, 2025.

Frances (Frankie) Clemmons (nee Pratt), 80 years old, was born to Alton and Ruby Pratt on April 23, 1945.  Frances worked many jobs throughout her life starting at age 5 picking cotton in Tennessee.  Frances committed her life to Jesus Christ and attended Gracelife Chapel, Pevely, Missouri.

Frances is survived by her husband Randall Clemmons, her daughter Cindy Arb, her sisters Deborah Alley and Delores Jean Russell, her grandchildren Stephanie Kennedy, Wesley Kennedy, Nicole Wiethop, Caleb Arb and Michael Arb, and her great grandchildren Bianca, Jalen, Uriah, Cameron, Ellie, Selah, Sonnett, Sestina, James, Peter and Bennett. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Tammy Kennedy and her brothers Gary Pratt, Johnny Pratt and Doug Pratt.

Visitation will be at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Saturday, August 2, from 10:30 a.m. until time of service 12:30 p.m.  She will be laid to rest at Gamel Cemetery in Festus, MO.
