Kiefer, William V., baptized into the Hope of Christ’s Resurrection October 27, 2018.

Beloved husband of the late Mildred M. Kiefer (nee Gildehaus) for 62 years; loving father of Phillip (Judy) Kiefer, Geraleen (Paul) Chervenak and Yvette  (Joseph) Wilde; cherished grandfather of Lori and Kenneth Chervenak, Elizabeth (Eric) Giffin and Timothy (Sarah) Kiefer and great-grandfather of Jack and Emmett Giffin, and Stella Kiefer. Mr. Kiefer was a WWII Navy veteran, member of American Legion Post 89 and Assumption Catholic Church; was a retired member of F.F.A. and was a retired  firefighter of the city of St. Louis.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel, 5255  Lemay Ferry Rd., on Friday, November 2, 8:30 a.m., to  Assumption Catholic Church for 9:00 a.m. Mass. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 5-8 p.m.
