In Loving Memory

Bamvakais, Nicholas J.

Nicholas J. Bamvakais was called to his eternal resting place on September 17, 2019. Beloved husband of 61 years to Jeanette (nee Hurst) Bamvakais. Dearest father to Laurie (Rocky) Boice; Nick, Mary and Steve Bamvakais. Nicholas leaves a loving legacy of nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Nicholas was a proud Missouri Army National Guard Veteran. His love of travel was well known. He and Jeanette were lucky enough to visit many places, including Alaska and Hawaii. We will miss his sense of humor, his vast knowledge of odd facts and history, and his love of television and word find puzzle books.

Services: A Patriot Guard procession will begin at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road at 1:15 p.m. on Friday, October 4, proceeding to Jefferson Barracks for a 2 p.m. roadside service.
