Adelsberger, Tim Joseph

 

Timmy Joseph Adelsberger of Bridgeton, MO passed away unexpectantly on Sunday, October 27 at the age of 67.

Tim was born on September 28, 1952 in St. Louis, MO, the son of Robert Matthew Adelsberger and Delphine Elizabeth (Trueman) Adelsberger. He began school in the St. Louis City Schools, attended Southwest High School, and then graduated from Hazelwood High School in Hazelwood, MO.

Tim joined the United States Navy and served six years as a Navy Diver. In September of 1990 he married Cherie Phipps. Tim worked as a salvage diver, bartender, and restaurant owner.

He is survived by his wife Cherie Adelsberger, his brother Bob (Nancy) Adelsberger, nephew Matthew Adelsberger, nieces Jennifer (Chris) Solari, Erin (Matt) Dodd, and Katie (Stephen) Hotchkiss, and great niece Aspen Dodd.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29 at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Family and friends will gather after the service.
