Amsler, Eleonore “Ellen” (nee Partsch), age 84, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, great-aunt, and loyal friend, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday July 12, 2026. Born in Mannheim Germany on October 13, 1941, to Katharina (nee Berberich) and Johann Partsch. Dear wife of the late Edward F. Amsler, Jr. Beloved mother of Robert Arink, Michele Reichard, and the late Patricia Youngkin. Dearest grandmother to Taziana Arink, Christina Boyer, Christopher Reichard, Scott Carruthers, Andrew Giudicy, and Austin Giudicy. Dearest great-grandmother to Ethan Arink, London Carruthers, Avery Boyer, Baylor Boyer. Dear aunt of Iris Grote. Beloved sister of the late Hansi Partsch, and the late Hildegard “Hilde” Simon.
In the 1970s Eleonore had the distinction of being the first female service technician for Sears Dependable in the greater Saint Louis area.
Services: Funeral from Kutis Funeral Home, City Chapel, 2906 Gravois Ave., 63118, on Monday August 10, 2026 at 12:00pm. Interment J.B. National Cemetery.

Ellen was a role model for me in my formidable years, she was a very hard worker and loved her family. She was definitely like a second mother to me. She will be missed.
