Antoon, MaryAnn Zipf (Lou) Chiodini, Kathy (Mark) Frederickson, Tina (Larry) Blackwell and Janet (Todd) Pratt; loving grandfather of Thomas (Anna) Zipf, Brandy (Nick) Sickler, Kate Zipf, Laura (Mike) Sinclair, Katelyn Frederickson, Connor and Anna Pratt and Nicholas Blackwell; great-grandfather of Lucy, Haley, Emily and Vincent Sinclair and Mara Sickler.
Phil considered it a privilege to have served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He was proud to have been a St. Louis City Police Officer for 33 years, serving his last 13 years as a Detective Sergeant in Homicide.
