He was a grandfather to Lindsey and Mallory Meeks as well as Mya, James, and Lane Horn. He spent his time listening to and singing Elvis Presley and enjoying the company of his dogs, Dino and Louie. He loved watching the Saint Louis Cardinals and Blues, but most importantly spending time with his beloved family.

Uncle Jack you are the exactly perfect godfather I needed. I was told that when someone you love that is dear to you dies, you feel like you are 10 years old again. I confirm that’s how it feels right now. Thank you for being Santa and cool and loving and always real. Thank you for calming me down when I locked your son accidentally inside your house : – 0 !!! Thank you for loving me exactly as I am.

Let us celebrate the life lived.
A dear friend and wonderful neighbor. Jack was the first to welcome us to the neighborhood. We met often as we were out walking and would see the smile along with Dino and Louie. It is most appropriate that our last meeting was a few hours before he was hospitalized. The smile. The warm handshake. A hug goodbye. The memory of a friend forever.

I just saw this. I very sorry for your loss. Jack and I worked together several years. He was fun to be around!
