Larry was a good and kind man whose sole purpose was to help others who were in need. He was loved not only by those in his Ward, but others in the community who were often recipients of his caring and kindness. Rest in Peace Dear Friend. Job well done.

Larry was always a huge help to our community. Any time I had concerns he was right there. He definitely had a rough couple of years, but you will truly be missed.

Larry was a great friend of many years and cared about this City – he was one of the best Aldermen in ward 12, did a lot of ride alongs with the police – who he backed 100%. He was one of a kind and will be greatly missed! So long Larry – Rest In Peace my friend!

I was blessed to have known Larry and am saddened by his passing. He was making St Louis a better place one act at a time. His passion was public service and he was dedicated to it 100%. Prayers to him and his family. God’s speed my friend!

:'( Larry you will truly be missed dear friend! I can’t believe you’re really gone. I am blessed to have known you & your beloved family. Always welcomed with open arms is how y’all made me feel. Life won’t be the same. The impact you made on everyone you met will be life long until the end of days. Rest In Peace to a wonderful man. ✝️ From your former Carondelet Diner waitress.

I will always remember all the laughs we had at City Hall when I worked for FX. You made going to work at 1200 Market fun! Little did I know along with all of the laughs, I was also making a life long friend. Thanks for always being you- a true blue guy with a heart bigger than you were! You will be missed here on earth but I look forward to your “signs” from heaven. RIP my friend.

For many years you worked tirelessly as our Alderman. You gave the city & it’s citizens 100%. Thank you for all you did to make St Louis & our lives better. Our deepest sympathies to your family. The void in their hearts has to be immense. May God comfort them & the many cherished memories as well. We will keep you in our prayers. Rest in Peace, Larry.
