Asinger, Marilyn L. (nee Erb), age 81, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Monday, July 23, 2018.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas E. Asinger and companion of  Faylon R. Rogers; loving mother of Karen (Terry) Matzenbacher and James (Cynthia) Asinger; cherished grandmother of Alexis and David Matzenbacher;  treasured sister of Kenneth (Kathy) Erb, Robert Erb, Stanley (Patricia) Erb and Diane (the late Joseph) Dietz; dearest sister-in-law of Charles (Mary) Asinger and Kay J. Erb; our dear niece, aunt, cousin and a caring, wonderful friend to many.

Marilyn was a proud owner of Erb Equipment Company Inc. and many family businesses along the way. Her passions were sewing, bowling, dancing, interior design, traveling. She  enjoyed boating and especially enjoyed hosting many  memorable parties with family and friends. Her greatest joy was always spending time with her grandkids and family.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Friday, July 27, 9:30 a.m. to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment  Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Church/School or St. Vincent de Paul Society appreciated. Visitation Thursday, 3-8 p.m.
