Ava Lavenia Brewer (nee Nations) of Arnold, MO was born on September 5, 1963 in Crystal City, MO and passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 24, 2023 at the age of 60.
Ava is survived by her husband Stanley Carl, her daughter Shannon (Bobby) Berry, and son Warren (Stephanie) Brewer. She is also survived by Stanley’s mother Shirley Brewer, and his siblings Tony (Evelyn) Brewer, Kenny (Barb) Brewer, Frank (Cathy) Brewer, Theresa Ressel, Don (Diane) Brewer, and Juli Brewer. Grandchildren Trinity, Serenity, Zander, McKinzie, Beckett and Logan Carl.Ava is preceded in death by her father John Nations. Her mother Verniel Nations, brother Glen Nations, Father-in-law Richard A. Brewer, and brother-in-law Pete Ressel.
She was passionate about astronomy – she loved the planets and the constellations. Ava also loved her gardening creations, loved swimming, and spending all the time she could with her grandchildren. She loved her daily adventures with her husband. She loved to play blaring music that kept her neighbors up. She also loved the times with Stanley Carl we will not speak of! She loved caring for her father, mothers, and brothers resting places. Ava was a happy, and spunky woman who loved to help in any way she could.
SERVICES: A Visitation will be held at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd on Thursday, November 30 from 4:00 pm until time of service at 7:00 pm. Donations appreciated in her honor to American Cancer Society.

I just found out today, of the passing of Ava Brewer, my co-worker and friend. It breaks my heart i wasn’t there to offer my condolences to Stanley Carl, he beloved husband. Stanley Carl. My prayers are with you, I cannot imagine what you have gone through, Ava spoke about you and her frienship and love all of your two’s life.
