Baranowski, Walter, Sr., of St. Louis, Missouri entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 23, 2022 as he completed his God-given earthly mission. Beloved husband of the late Mary Jane Baranowski (nee Barks) loving father of Walter (Denise) Baranowski, Jr., Michael Baranowski, Sr., and Robert (Christine) Baranowski;  dear grandfather of Michael Jr, Samantha, Amy, Andrew, Tiffany, Josh (Becky), Kerri; great-grandfather of 7; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend.  Walter Sr. was a long time member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, a proud employee of McQuay-Norris a maker of automobile engine parts. Retiree of Alexian Brothers Lansdowne. Walter was a dog lover, a fisherman, hunter, camper, handyman that could fix or repair just about anything. He had a soft spot for those in need and donated to many organizations/charities. 

Services: Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Thursday, October 27, Visitation 10:00 a.m. Service to follow at 12:00pm Interment Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery

  3. Walt was a great man. Friend. He would help anybody in need of help. I had the privilege of knowing him and Jane for 25 years. The family knows how I felt about their parents. They would like my 2nd parents. Lord be with them both.
