Barker, Terri A. “Nanny” (nee Riedy) entered into rest on August 20, 2026.
Beloved wife of Dave for just shy of 45 years; loving mother of Meagan Dunn (Ryan Warner) and Emily Hays (Nick Bomar); cherished grandmother of Colin and Charlotte Dunn and Avery Hays; dear sister of Rory (Jan), Ray (Susan) and the late Ricky Riedy; and so much more to so many.
Terri was happiest when she was helping others. She so endlessly gave her time, energy and heart without looking for recognition or praise – she simply wanted to be helpful in any situation. After retiring, Terri devoted all of her time to her family. When she wasn’t helping to coordinate the chaos or cheering on her grandchildren, she could be found working on her diamond art or enjoying her camper with Dave.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal services held, but rather a celebration of life. Details will be announced by family at a later date. Please come prepared to share your favorite memory of our sweet Nanny.

Dave, Bonnie and I are truly sorry about the loss of Terri. Out thoughts and prays go out to you, the girls and the grandkids. You were blessed with a long marriage, partner, and best friend. I know she will be missed by all those that knew her.

Terri truly was such a kind soul!!! Always smiling ,, brightening every single room that she walked into !! I’m so thankful the good lord aligned our family’s together all over a pick up truck ,, and the rest simply became our history together!!! As uncle dick said ,, the truck has been gone , but you’re still here John !! ❤️❤️Big hugs to Dave , Meagan , and Emily !!!! Colin , charlotte , and Avery , I’m here for ya !!
I’m so sorry for your loss Dave. I can remember so many times out on your screened in porch hanging out with you guys. It was nice to see best friends married for so long.
