Please accept our deepest sympathies for the passing of your Mom. She was truly a great individual and best friend to my late Mom Sally Richter.

This moment causes me to pause and reflect on the many good times we had at Terra Du Lac, and the “new car” family visits that we often had.

May God Bless you and your families and provide you with peace at this time.

  19. I remember visiting my Dad’s uncle John Ancona and aunt Mamie (Venezia) at their home, across the street from his aunt Danny (Annie). Their kitchen table with white painted chairs and Lena Graces ‘pool’ were impressive.
I also remember Ron and Lena Grace Wedding at the Imperial Club in North St. Louis. I was eleven years old – that was sixty-three years ago. There are not many people that I have had such vivid memories of; but Lena Grace was one SPECIAL person that I am sure will not be forgotten….

  23. I am so sorry to hear this. I didn’t know Lena Grace as an adult until late in life, but I remember a picture of her, my sister Nancy and me as children. Someone had a tennis racket. I did reconnect with her at a Venezia reunion where we shared genealogy. I do remember Uncle John and Aunt Mamie. My mother was Lena Venezia Hart and my Grandmother was Vita Ancona Venezia.
