In Loving Memory

Bauer, Gregory W.

Gregory W. Bauer  Thursday, March 14, 2024.  Loving husband of Diana L. Bauer (nee: Sitze) for 34 years; loving dad of Stephanie (Aaron) Greiner and Kaitlyn (Spencer) Clagett; loving pawpaw of Blakely and Leighton; loving son of Donald (and the late Diane) Bauer and the late Joyce (survived Bob) Hale and son-in-law of Julia (the late Lyman) Sitze; loving brother of Steve (Sandy) Bauer, Cindy Thornberry and the late Donny (Tracy) Bauer; brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Those who had the privilege of knowing Greg will remember him by his strength and positive outlook.  His heart belonged to his family, so loving, protecting and proud.  Decades were spent behind the counter in the auto parts business.  As well as years out in the field, locating underground utilities.  His passion for drones were well know.  The creative side was reflected in making candles.  He gifted his creations to family and friends, spreading warmth and light wherever they went.

Forever in our hearts, Greg will be dearly missed, but never for gotten.  May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Services:  Memorial visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Saturday, April 6, 2024, 3pm until service at 5pm.  Concludes at funeral home.

  1. It has been a very long time since I saw Greg but I remember have a lot of fun when we were kids. Playing in the storm drains, playing ball and just hanging out.
May God grant him eternal life and may God watch over his family.
