Beloved husband of Martha “Marty” Bear (nee Exler); loving father of Bryan (Chris) and the late Greg (surviving Michelle “Shelly”) Bear; adoring grandfather of Mackenzie, Nathan, Morgan and Paige; dear brother of Helen (Harry) Tiggard; dear brother-in-law of Marian Exler and the late Nancy Horstman. Our dearest uncle, great uncle and friend to many.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date with details to follow. Interment at J.B. National Cemetery was held in private.

  17. Marty, I just discovered Jim’s passing. I was so shocked. I am very sorry for your loss. You and Jim always looked good together. I have been looking forward to more car cruises with him (in our Chargers). His humor made him fun to be around. I miss him!
