Beffa, Remo W., jr.

Remo W. Beffa jr., Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, on November 9, 2024, passed to his eternal reward at the age of 71.  Remo lived in Lake of The Ozark and grew up in St. Louis.  Son of the late Remo W Beffa, Sr. and Kay Beffa. Beloved husband of Izana (nee Kelmel). Dear Brother of Cathy Beffa, Mary (Michael) Brake, Joseph (Diane) Beffa and Edward (Jessica) Beffa. Dear cousin, uncle and friend. Remo served honorably with the St. Louis City Police Department from 1977 until his retirement in 2007.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church, 3864 Flad Ave, St. Louis Mo 63110, at 10:00 a.m. Friday December 13, 2024.

Visitation will precede the funeral Mass at the church from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Internment at Calvary Cemetery, 5239 W Florissant Ave., St. Louis, Missouri 63115 immediately following the Mass.

Memorial contributions in Remo’s name are appreciated to the Back Stoppers, or to any charity of your choice.

  1. I am very sad to hear of Remo’s death. I know the Beffa family from St. Margaret of Scotland Parish. I believe my brother , Bill was in Remos class. I remember Joe. He was in my sister Bridgets class. Please know I will keep all of you in my daily prayers. May Remo Rest in peace with Jesus.
