Beloved wife of Edward J. Bielik, Sr.; loving mother of the late Lisa Jane and Shirley Jean, surviving Edward (Mindy) and John C. Bielik; adoring grandmother of Luke and Beth Ann Bielik; dear daughter of the late Charles Tate and Lilly Mae (nee Batey) Reagen; dear sister of the late Sally Reagen; our dearest aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Chotsy was a life member of St. Louis Genealogical Society.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel 10151 Gravois, Friday June 2 at 12 Noon. Interment at J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to Paragould, Ark. Children’s Home appreciated. Visitation Thursday 4-8 PM.
