Beloved husband of Patricia Biggerstaff (nee Pfaff); loving father of three daughters: Theresa, Jennifer (Gino) Balossi, and Gina (Nick) Kasoff; Adoring grandfather of Alex Reinwald, Sarah and Sophia Kasoff, Tom, Charles and Paul Balossi.
Dear brother to Bill (Dee) Biggerstaff and sisters-in-law Rosita Biggerstaff and Sharon Biggerstaff; and brother-in-law to Francis (Pam) Pfaff; Jean (Pfaff) Hinkebein and Grace (Pfaff) and Dennis Wagner.
Robert had a long career in law enforcement and hospital security having served as a police officer, lieutenant and police chief for the St. Louis County municipality of Pine Lawn, and served as police chief for Maplewood, MO for many years. He then worked as director of security for Incarnate Word Hospital in St. Louis and at ConnectCare Community Health Centers for several years. After retirement, Robert was an active member of St. Vincent de Paul at St Mark Church.

Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, 63129 on Monday, March 2nd from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and viewing at St. Mark Church starting one hour before Mass. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church, 4200 Ripa Ave., 63125. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, 6901 Mackenzie Road, 63123.
