Hey David, come back here …………….. Hmmm I guess you aren’t falling for that line like so many of us have from you and your dad (Arnold) over the years. We come back and you say “I just wanted to know how far you would have gotten, if I hadn’t called you back.” Enjoy this new beginning in your life with Jesus. See you later. Clark and Lucy

Many blessings to Joyce and the Family,
Dave was blessing to so many in Lutheran Education in St. Louis over the years. He served Historic Trinity in so many roles and was a voice of wisdom for the congregation. His presence will be missed by everyone.
His heart for serving the Lord was his greatest asset which only compared to his love for his family. Well done good and faithful servant.

Dave’s friendship enriched our lives. We will miss his steady presence on “the pulpit side”, his warmth, and his smile.
When we think of Dave, we will remember his faithful example in living each day and his heart for others. Dennis especially enjoyed working with and learning from Dave.
Hugs and prayers.

My sincere sympathies to Dave’s family!
I was sorry to hear about Dave not feeling well, and now thanks be to God he is resting and at peace in heaven. I am sorry for Joyce, his children, grandchildren and friends, and his extended family and friends at church, and all that knew and loved him. He was a loving, faithful and kind man, and we wanted him to be well and be with us here. But, when God calls us, we have to go and be with him, and receive our reward in heaven. He and the beautiful saints there are praying for us, watching over us. We have to keep going and be strong and faithful, and share God’s love and witness to others.
