Norma Blackwell, 80 years young, passed quietly in her sleep at 2:21 a.m. on Monday, April 13th, at Hillcrest Nursing Home.
She is lovingly survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Anne Radford; her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and John Miller; her cherished grandchildren: Adam Miller; Michael and Tonya Radford; Tashia and Jarod Cole; and Aaron and Michele Miller; and her adored great-grandchildren: Anthony, Gauge, Alyssa, Carly, Brooke, and Chelby.
Norma was a devoted mother, a proud grandmother and great-grandmother, and a dear friend to all who knew her. Her kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit touched many lives and will be deeply missed.
This is not goodbye. We find comfort in knowing we will meet again in heaven, reunited with her beloved grandson, Dan Radford and her husband Robert (Bob) Blackwell.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Monday, April 20, from 4:00 to 6:00pm. Funeral services will be held at Kutis South County Chapel on Tuesday, April 21, at 10:00 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
