Diane Lynn Blanke was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on October 18, 2022 at age 69.
She was born to Delores and Wayne Gottshall on January 6, 1953. After graduating with her masters, Diane met her husband, Steven Blanke. Together, they had 1 child: Michelle.
Diane loved spending her time with her grandchildren, friends, reading books, and vacationing in Daytona Florida. Diane’s memory is honored by her daughter, Michelle (David) Hilmer, grandchildren David Hilmer and Atlas Hilmer, brother Glen (Leslie) Gottshall, sister Sharon (Mike) Vreeland, nephew Alex Vreeland, and niece Sarah Vreeland. She was preceded in death by: her parents and husband.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2 pm on October 29, 2022 at Kutis funeral home in Afton MO. Family and friends are welcomed to arrive at noon to pay their respects ahead of the service
