Bogard, Lvira “Vi” (nee Todd) Thursday September 5, 2024. Beloved wife of Charles J. Bogard Sr. Dear mother of J. Clifford (Susan) Blake, Dr. Jacqueline (Bob Harvey) Bogard, Charles J. Bogard Jr., Janice (Tom) Serati and the late William Philip Blake. Dear grandmother of Jessica Nicole (Michael) Byrd, Charles J. III (Tiffany) Bogard, Stephanie Serati, Diane Serati and Claire Serati. Dear great grandmother of Mason Bogard and Jack Bogard. Our dear aunt, great aunt and friend.

Memorial visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Sunday September 15, 2-6 pm. Memorial service Monday September 16 at 11:30 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Circle of Concern at circleofconcern.org or the charity of your choice appreciated.

  1. I loved my Aunt Lvira and very early and fond memories. We kept in touch which meant so much to me since my mother’s passing. She will forever be in my heart God has a new angel. My deepest sympathy to Uncle Chuck and family, Cliff, Susan and family and all her friends. Prayers for peace and comfort. Forever in my heart.

  2. Deepest condolences to Uncle Charlie, Janis and the entire family. Aunt Vi was always the sweetest. She so loved traveling and taking photos. I remember when she came out to our stables and took photos of me on my horse Oreo. I still have those photos. She will always be in our hearts. God Bless

  4. Lvira always made me feel part of the family when I married her cousin, Bob McGary. She always sent a card and a letter at Christmas and called me now and then with updates on the family. I will miss her. Dennie McGary

  5. My aunt always knew if we need a word of encouragement, a sympathetic ear, or a shoulder to lean on. Full of wisdom and advice. A mainstay in the family. I will miss her knowing smile, quick understanding, and laugh. She is loved and will be dearly missed.
