Robert “Bob” C. Boing passed away Sunday, October 5, 2025. Born on February 13, 1947, to the late Herman Boing and Elsie Boing (nee Spiess).
Bob served his country as a military policeman in the United States Army from October 1968 to October 1974.
Bob married the love of his life, Margaret “Peggy” Hager on July 26, 1976. Bob and Peggy were married 42 years before Peggy passed away in 2019. Bob and Peggy raised two sons, Paul and Tom.
Bob will be remembered for his love of St. Louis Cardinals baseball, sci-fi movies and being a hardworking, devoted husband and father.
In addition to Paul and Tom, Bob is survived by daughters-in-law, Amanda (Paul) and Carrie (Tom) and grandchildren, Jackson Baer, Kynnadi Boing and Izaiah Boing.
Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Monday, October 13 from 10:00 am. until Funeral Service time at 12 noon. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park. Contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association appreciated.
