Scott was the kind of person who made life better just by being in it. For 19 years, he was the loving husband to Julie Boland (née Blomberg). Together, they raised Grant and Lucas—his proudest accomplishments and greatest joys.

Beloved son of David and Donna Boland; grandson of the late Harry and Bertha Boland; dearest brother of Stanley, Skylar (Emily), Jennifer (Jason), and Shelly; dear son-in-law of Mike and Ronnie Blomberg; brother-in-law of Steve (Teri) Blomberg; uncle of Reese, Lexi Blomberg, Ethan, Dylan, Austin Boland, Ryleigh and Audrey Frederick; our dear nephew, cousin and friend of many.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.

Service Thursday, August 7, 9:15 a.m. FROM KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd. to Sacred Heart Church, 17 Ann Ave. (Valley Park) for 10:00 MASS.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  Visitation Wednesday 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

And although we did not have a chance to meet Scott, it was clear to us how much he meant to you and how much he was part of your life. We can only hope that the many happy memories you, Lucas and Grant have of him will help to provide some comfort to you over these next days, months and years.
