Bolesta, Mary Frances (nee Lorenz)

September 30, 1929 - August 11, 2023

Mary “Fran” was born to John and Eva Lorenz on September 30, 1929 in Langdon, North Dakota. She was a devoted wife and mother, instilling in her five children the value of family, compassion, responsibility, humor and spirituality. Mary is now reunited with Edward, her husband, her parents and 9 siblings. She is survived by her children Michael (Shari) Bolesta, Stephen (Laura) Bolesta, David (Mary) Bolesta, Melinda (Ruben) Brill, and Richard Bolesta; her grandchildren Michael Bolesta II, Brigitte (Jay) Nelson, Matthew Brill, Sarah Brill, Clare Bolesta, and Grace Bolesta; and her great-granddaughter Olivia Nelson.

No visitation will be held, as Mary generously donated her body for medical research to St. Louis University. A memorial mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023 at ST JUSTIN MARTYR CATHOLIC CHURCH, 11910 EDDIE & PARK RD (SUNSET HILLS). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to charities of choice in her name.
