In Loving Memory

Brawley, Janet Louise (nee Britt)

August 12, 1938 - November 17, 2024

Our beloved mother, Janet Louise Brawley (nee Britt), wife of the late Bill Brawley, was born August 12, 1938 and passed away on November 17, 2024 in St. Louis, MO. Loving mother to daughter Kimberly (Tom) Hohman, son Craig (Kelly) Brawley; adoring grandmother to Kara (Mike) Brown, John Hohman, McKenna Brawley, Rylee Brawley, Ryan Hohman, and DeLaney Brawley; great grandmother to Colton Brown, Campbell Brown and another on the way; loving sister to Wanda Darr, brother Don (Mary) Britt, the late Shirley (Raymond ) Hartrup, late Judy (surviving Don) LaBlance, and late Joe (surviving Lynn) Britt; dearest aunt, cousin and friend.

Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life. She enjoyed playing games, solving puzzles and just about anything they wanted to do. If you wanted to be invited into her house, you simply needed to bring a fountain coke and a sweet treat. She now enjoys an endless supply of both. She was strong in her faith and showed God’s love to everyone she met.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Camp Woodland Hills, c/o Community of Christ Church, 830 N. Kirkwood Rd., Kirkwood, MO 63122.
