  1. John Wesley Buckner was a native Texan, having been born in Waco, TX on April 15, 1966. His mother, Jeanette Crosby, and father, Johnny Clark Buckner, loved their son as they did his sister, Cindy, 9 1/2 years earlier. Cindy would frequently baby sit John in subsequent years. John loved Texas and was a stellar athlete in high school, playing football, baseball, and basketball. He love the Texas Longhorns and the St. Louis Cardinals. John chose the computer field after high school and worked with Honeywell to design internal cooling systems. He settled in Saint Louis where he met his future wife, Melody Atwood. They were married on March 18 of 2000 and enjoyed life together ever since, until John’s recent and unexpected death.
John is so missed by his immediate and extended families. We know that GOD has welcomed John into Heaven and that we will meet again in GOD’s kingdom.
