Though I only worked with him at American for a few short years, they were memorable years. His art work was incredible. The ones he created for his coworkers were absolutely hilarious. When was always smiling and helpful. A great co-coworker and friend. My deepest condolences to his family. Rest In Peace, Ed.

Never done this but feel Busher needs a few words.Worked with Ed at AA and he always
made me laugh whether it was his”special handshake” or his drawings (what an artist)He
helped move my mom into a senior home on Telegraph and all you had to do was ask and he was there.Loved meeting him at Strassenfest for a few beers as well.I will remember “Busher”
with fondness and a smile and my condolences to his family.

Doug and Barbie, I’m sorry for your loss.
Barbi & Doug and family, my most heartfelt condolences.
In the first 10 years of my AA career it was my privilege to have worked with Ed and develop a lifelong friendship. He influenced my lexicon (some of it inappropriate) and he made for some of the funniest times. Ed was kind, generous and always mischievous. He kept a young rambunctious self ever grounded……case in point;
I showed up at the “Beck’s tent”, at the Strassenfest without my Dad in tow, he had irritated me with his dilly dallying and I left without him. I was sent away, by Ed and not allowed to sit with the group until I drove back to Spanish Lake and returned with my father. He said something like….”DH, you make an art of irritating people, you certainly have done it to your Dad, see ya when you two get back!” He taught with a wink and always a smile.
Keep a beer cold for me Buscher, I’ll catch up with you later. Forever your friend, DH.
