Robert T. Byerly was born on July 15, 1945 in St. Louis, MO to Silas and Mary (nee Taylor) Byerly, and entered into rest on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the age of 80.
Loving husband of 60 years to Lynda (nee Wildermuth) Byerly. Dear father of Daniel (Kim) Byerly, Sheryl (Luke) Melton, and Peter Byerly. Dear grandpa of Alyssa Byerly, Hannah (Connor) Grindell, Landan Byerly, Taylor Byerly, Caedmon Byerly, and Willow Byerly. Dear great grandpa of Easton, and Evelyn Grandell. Beloved brother of Paul (Jeanne) Byerly, and Rick (Joetta) Byerly. Dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many.
Robert was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord and his family. He was always willing to help someone in need. He was gentle and kind with a great sense of humor.
Robert was an avid bowler for many years. He liked classic cars, especially Cameros and Corvettes! Game nights were his favorite pastime.
SERVICES: A VISITATION will be held on Tuesday, February 10 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry Rd.) FUNERAL SERVICE will be Wednesday, February 11 at 1:00 pm. Burial at Lakewood Park Cemetery.
