In Loving Memory

Carroll, Elaine M. (nee Goodhart)

Age 71, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 2, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Goodhart and Rose Marr (nee Goodhart) and her brother Ronald Goodhart, brother in laws Michael Carroll and Bill Foley.

Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Thomas Carroll, her children son, Jonathan Carroll and daughter Sandra (Jeff) McCluskey. Her two grandchildren Mason and Lillian McCluskey, sister Judy Foley, sisters in law Jackie Johnson, Pamala Thompson and Joyce Carroll.

Elaine will be greatly missed by her cousins and friends. She was always able to make you laugh.

Elaine worked for the state of Missouri for 40+ years as an accountant. She loved always having a pet dog or multiple dogs at one time. Tony, Tippy, Copper, Nutmeg, and Diablo. She was active in the boy scouts with Jon and a variety of sports with Sandy. Loved spending time with the grandchildren any chance she got.

Services; Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Wednesday Dec. 6th 9:30AM. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Siteman Cancer Center 4921 Parkview Place St. Louis, MO 63110. Visitation at Kutis Tuesday 4-8PM

  1. Dear Tom and family, We are so sorry to hear of Elaine’s passing. What a wonderful life she lived – surrounded by family and embracing life.
    We pray for God’s comforting presence and strength to lift you and give you peace.
