Beloved husband of the late Joyce Mary Casseau (nee Lichtenberg); dear father of Suzanne and William J. (Patti) Casseau; dearest grandfather of Justin (Ryan), Kathleen, Will and Nicholas; dear brother of Roberta Bone of New Mexico and the late Betty Moleski; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.

Funeral from KUTIS CITY CHAPEL, 2906 Gravois Ave., Friday, February 23, 9:30 a.m. to St. Pius V Catholic Church for10:00 a.m. Mass.  Interment S.S. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Waterloo, IL.

Mr. Casseau was a permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of St. Louis for over 21 years, serving the parishes of St. Pius  V and St. Stephen Protomartyr.  Contributions to the St. Vincent de Paul Society appreciated by the family.  Visitation Thursday, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

  1. What a great man of great faith. Bill participated in a Just Faith class that I was in. I was so fortunate to hear and watch him He had a passion for helping the poor and the oppressed. He lived his life in a Christ like manner. May we always remember him and the example he gave us.
