Dear grandfather of Trent, Nolan, Amelia, Mason, Mya, Olivia and Charles. Dear brother of Ronald Chapman, Gary Chapman, Sandra (Tom) Wiseman and Michael (Nora) Chapman. Richard was preceded in death by parents Richard and Velma Chapman. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
