Dear grandfather of Trent, Nolan, Amelia, Mason, Mya, Olivia and Charles. Dear brother of Ronald Chapman, Gary Chapman, Sandra (Tom) Wiseman and Michael (Nora) Chapman. Richard was preceded in death by parents Richard and Velma Chapman. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Good man right there. Will always remember my first day laboring with Dickie. I was young and raw but busting my tail. Most of the other guys on the job were yelling at me like a bunch of bullies, trying to break me and Dickie stood up for me and told them to leave me alone. I’ll never forget this man. He was a kind soul amongst wolves. One of the good guys. Heaven just got a good one. So sorry for this families loss. 😪
