Lou,
It’s been so many years since I’ve only thought about Helen and Lou. I know your life without her will never be the same.
I will be thinking of and praying for you and your kids.
Lovingly,
Rose
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. So many years of friendship have given us so many wonderful memories to keep and cherish. Love to all.
So sorry to hear about Helen. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Lou, and your children. I will always have good memories of Helen, Diane and me driving down to the Precious Moments Chapel. And one time coming home in a downpour!! Fun, Fun, Fun!
Our group will miss you, Helen! We shared many wonderful times, including North and South, our girl’s trip to Italy, and, so many lunches. Thoughts and prayers to Lou and all of the kids, grandkids, and, great grandkids who you loved immensely. Rest in peace dear friend.
Lou,
I remember the night you first met Helen and I remember all the good times we had for 60-plus years.
Helen is a great lady and you are a great couple. Things will be difficult now but you have a loving family to support you.
Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your family.
I am there for you if you need me.
.
Helen was such a sweet lady and a great neighbor. You will be greatly missed in the neighborhood. We always loved seeing your smiling face.
Helen was my mother’s dear sweet best friend. She was the sweetest person I have ever met. She had a contagious personality and was such a joy to be around. She was so kind and thoughtful. I would attend the Precious Moments conventions with my mother and Helen and we would have the best time staying up all night, eating out and buying precious moments. When my mother died a year ago I told Helen I would find my mother’s “Free Puppies” figurine and she could have it. I didn’t get a chance to get it to her and I am so sorry I didn’t. If only I could get it to her in heaven my children and I will miss her dearly. Fly high Helen. We love you ❤️
Lou, I am so sorry to hear of Helen’s passing. It doesn’t seem that long that we were seeing each other at the JB Veterans Hospital. We will all miss her loving smile and sweet personality. You gave Helen a wonderful life and I know you and the kids will greatly miss her. I will be out of town Monday but Helen, you and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Sorry for the loss of a beautiful lady, She’s in Heaven now and feeling no pain.
Helen was an integral part of our “Funtime Gals Luncheon Group “ originally Red Hats. She was such a special lady and we all loved her! She and Lou kept all of us organized and got us to the right restaurant and at the right time. Rest in peace Helen! May God surround you with His angels!❤️
My condolences to your family. I recognize your Mom and little did I know she was the mom of a dear coworker, Angie, whom I have known for many years at St. Anthony’s.
My husband and I were in QAS for 30 years.
Angie, I am so glad you were able to spend time with your Mom on your trips. What sweet memories you must have of those times together. She must have been wonderful. She raised a loving and devoted daughter. God bless you , your Father, your brothers and all family.
Love , Mary
