Chott, Billie Joan (nee Roberts)

May 20, 1936 – April 25, 2023

Baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection, loving wife of the late Russell A. Chott and dear life companion of Edwin “Bud” Berger. Beloved mother of Deborah (Roy) Kohler, Melinda (Robert) Parry, Russell R. Chott, and the late Catherine (surviving Al) Illingworth and Lorraine (surviving David) Sharp, and mother of seven dear blended family children. Dear sister of Margaret (late Dan) Tripp. Dear grandmother of 25, great grandmother of 22, aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Services; Visitation at Prince of Peace United Church of Christ, 4966 Towne South Rd., St. Louis, MO 63128, on Friday, May 12, 10:30 AM until celebration of life service at 11:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

    I have known Billie for over seventy years and have always felt close to you and her.
    You might remember that it was Billie!s father who introduced me to the Air National Guard
    in 1954.

  3. Our condolences to Bud and family. We have known Billie through the RV Club we belonged to. She was a very caring and friendly lady. Sorry we couldn’t be there for the memorial service. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and her family.
